Just did a couple EASY effort loops tonight instead of the regular three. Mixed in 2-3 intervals total of about 90-95% effort for <2 min each. Threw on the race wheels (HED3 Trispoke) and made sure to get a feel for them. They felt nice and fast! Practiced mounts/dismounts and getting my feet in/out of my shoes while they were clipped in the pedals. Glad I practiced that...I was a bit rusty.
