TARGET: BRICK WORKOUT - Bike 55:00, Run 15:00

Pulled the bike in the garage, slipped into running shoes, grabbed Mia and headed back out. Transition was quick enough to simulate a race, but needs to be faster. Legs felt heavy at first, but I was determined to push through it. Started off holding near 8:00/mile and tried my best to hold it for the first mile. Started getting winded on the 2nd mile, especially after the hill on Royal Troon. Hit the top of the hill and realized I only had 4:00 to go in the run and needed to speed up my pace to the end. Tried to hold around 7:30/mile for the last 3-4 minutes but slipped to almost 8:00/mile towards the end. Overall, it felt like a great brick run!
