CLH5: Bike Long Hill Climbs (6 x 5 min, 1 hr 20 min total) @ threshold/VO2 max intensity
Didn't have enough time to get my full workout in, so I made the best of it and did as much as I could. First of all, where the heck am I going to find a hill around here that I can ride straight up for 5 min??? I had to stretch 2 hills into 1 in order to make this one 2:30 min long. Oh well.
