Oppressive humidity this morning. It was 70 at 5 am and I don't know what the actual humidity figures were but it was high. I was running the north 5K and had some really aggressive dogs come after me at 2nd and Linwood so I turned around and ran up 6th, then 5th, through the park and back home. My muscles were really stiff this morning. I think it had to do with running hard Wednesday night. You run hard, go to bed, and then they stiffen over night. Thursday was an off day so they were really tight. Looking forward to the race.
