6x400 @ 1:30 or 6:00/mi. Intended to run 2X3X400 with 200 recoveries between intervals and a 400 recovery between sets. Ran the first set OK but gave out during the second and ran an 800 recovery between the 4th and 5th and 5th and 6th.
