We did a 15 minute tempo, then 2xlong hill + 4x short hill, with jogging recoveries. This was a tough workout. I haven't done hills like that before and they hurt! I was running at about 5:40 pace for the tempo which felt harder than I wanted it to but not that bad (The garmin beeped before I was done with the mile - total was 11 laps in 15:34.6).
