I did a workout with PR! It felt like being back home. Ray and Margie are way too nice. Even though I think I'd be better off doing more MP specific stuff, at least closer to Boston, it is clearly much better training when you actually do the workouts instead of skipping them and I think going to track practice will help with that.

The workout was tough - 2000,1600,1200,800,400 speeding up on each one. Splits were 7:00, 5:25, 4:00, 2:31, 1:08. I should have run the 1200 faster but the rest were good. I liked running fast again, and with a group.
