I thought this was a really good workout! Goal was 8x800 on 1 minute recovery in 2:45. The first rep was slower, but I hit 2:45 for the next two. Then I sped up unintentionally. That must mean the 1:00 rest was more than enough at 2:45 pace, which I'm happy about. I ran the last one pretty hard because I had a lot let in the tank (I have to remember not to do that because I don't know if I'll always get away with it). This and the 5 easy at lunch makes it a great training day!
