Notes

The rest of the workout was an 800, then four 500s. The 800 was at 2-mile pace, and the 500s were at mile pace. We kinda experimented with the 800 by trying to run a 2:30 by mostly feel after the first 200. It wasn't horrible. I ended up running 2:34 by trying to feel it out. Next time I'll just finish off the last 100 harder than I think I'll be good. The four 500s were much harder. I was much more out of breath from each 500 I did. I ended up running below 1:30 for the first two I think. Then the last two were something like 1:32 and 1:35, which was still within the pace range given, so it's fine. One of the 500s was with Julio, and that one was like...... 1:27? Pretty hard, much harder than the Monday one, which admittedly felt much better. I think it's because my brooks are like bricks compared to the flats. I guess that just means that I'll go ham in a race ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
