Good first workout. We did 2 minutes on 1 minute off. Park and I were more bold with this threshold workout. Typically around this time of the season, we just stick with 6-minute pace, but I think we're in a lot better shape than our usual preseason. Probably because we took a much shorter running break than usual. So we probably went more 5:30 pace instead. Overall not bad, it was fun running on the track again, threshold workouts never get old B)
