I was feeling a bit better than yesterday, I didn't feel anything tight or weird like I did yesterday that inhibited my running. I learned an amazing strategy that I used when doing the bowl, and that was to just never stop talking... the whole time I was running I just constantly said positive-ish things that were pretty distracting, to be honest. I'd like to think that my best skill is how easily I can distract my self, and it seemed pretty legit. As long as I said things out loud all the time, there wouldn't have been any room for my head to think negative things... totally works you should try it sometime.
