Ran this threshold loop with Parkipoo. My GPS was absolutely bugging, so I have no idea what the pace was like. All I can say is that based on the effort we were probably going sub 6 at least. My calves have been absolutely killing me lately, I'm gonna have to work on my recovery work at home more.
