This workout was run with Beohmkememe, I'm so glad I ran this with him instead of running it alone. I was definitely scared about my future workouts when I learned that BOTH Jeremie, and Park were doing aqua jogging, leaving me alone *sniff*. Though Beohmke came in clutch and did a great job helping me along with the workout. All of the 800's that I ran were pretty good, they didn't seem too physically challenging, until the last 200's in the last two 800's. Those were meant to be a kick type effort towards the end of a race, so I had to go all out for the last 200, and Ouch those were hard. Though I'm making some improvement in my speed and kick, so I'm satisfied with what I did.
