Notes

I just got back from my long run, and LET ME TELL YA that long run was pretty exhausting, but luckily I made it out alive as I usually do. I ran an eventful long run with the state runner Jeremie Bokata, and from the looks of it, we seemed to have gone everywhere, my map that tracks and draws where we went using the GPS of my watch (Douglas) looks like a mixture of a shoe and a hammer mixed together... it's a masterpiece. Getting back to the actual run, I was actually pleasantly surprised by the fact that it didn't rain while we were running but luckily stopped before I went out into the foreign world that we call Earth *shivers*. While I was actually running I felt pretty good especially towards the beginning of the run, in a way, I felt a bit like Boehmke and I was kinda tipping toe while running, but not enough for it to feel uncomfortable, and little did I know that it actually seemed to have worked a bit... huh I guess I'M the fool. The rest of the run was a bit of a blur, but I do remember getting a weird back cramp that bugged me around the top of my back, it was the weirdest thing, and I feel like I should be called the "cramp conjuror" because I thought I already went through the worst of it, but I keep on getting surprised, maybes it's a sign to load up on bananas and hope for the best. Anyway, that was my run, I hope you enjoyed, and thanks for listening to my Ted Talk.
