OooOOooH Boy! We're running again, and I already can tell that I may have eaten one too many burritos during my break. Because that was a rough one, couch potato Sam was really eating the wind... or ate the wind? I don't know, but the point is that it was tough. Being sick, going through the wind (I hate wind), and experiencing weird running cramps/pains really made me excited to get back into shape, and transform from couch potato Sam too SAM FONTAINE. Grrr... Besides that, I do have a question about how I'm supposed to start getting back into things. Should I run every other day as usual? Or is this just a low-intensity week with running every day. Uhhh thanks for listening to my Ted Talk.
