Workout day! I was feeling pretty meh today, wasn't feeling horrible, but I wasn't exactly feeling the greatest either. Despite that, I tried my best just to push regardless of what I was feeling. That worked pretty well for pretty much all of the workout, but my stomach was totally messing with me towards the last 1200 and finally caved in on the last 100 meters, which felt horrible. I'm pretty certain that it was because I didn't bring my water bottle, and I guess I was dehydrated? Either way, I think that's a good enough sign for me to bring one next time.
