I believe this is the correct stuff that we did on our warm-up, but it may have been wrong, pace-wise, and mileage-wise as well. I forgot to pause the timer when we hit 10:00, so I was walking for four more minutes beforehand... oops! At this point in time though, my legs felt good, and I wasn't in that much distress from the nerves either, so it was a win-win situation for me.
