Notes

This was a tough workout, the last 800 that I had to do ended up making me legitimately throw up, which is a first. But I ran three individual miles beforehand, and those went, 5:45, 5:35, 5:20. I kinda just went out a little bit more on the last mile because Park dropped out towards the final lap, so I figured I'd just hit it a little harder. I was supposed to do one more mile to finish it off, but I stuck with an 800 and threw up afterward... oopsies.
