Hartford Track Club event and RRCA "featured race." Pretty good performance and happy with my placement. I pushed hard right from the start and breathing was never easy. I doubted I'd be able to hang on to the end but I managed to hold it together. Three tough 5K's this year and I've bettered my 2014 PR in all of them. Cool. Another sub-20 would have been nice but I am satisfied with a top 10 finish on a tough course.
