9 second PR. Certified course so the PR counts, not to mention my Garmin was acting up so I didn't pay too much attention to it. Ran conservatively for the first half, then let it rip the second half. I got nipped with 50 yards to go by the second place finisher. Very strong race just six days after my PR marathon. 3 OA and 1 AG. AG win got me maple syrup, which is why I did this race in the first place.
