Decent run today, I just bopped along. I probably could have planned this out better and not ran on a super hilly and gravel filled run the day after my hill session, but sure enough that's what I did. So I'm a little sore now and need to focus on taking it easy tommorow. I'm learning new things about my whole foot issue, I need to warm it up a bit prior to runs and that makes my inflammation in that tendon feel so much better.
