Really nice morning to run... overall i felt pretty good... i would have liked to have known the mile splits prior to running it but i didn't check... so i was thinking i was going slower than what i was in the beginning and pushing myself too hard... by mile 7.5 i shut down the watch because i kept on guessing... at that point i was ~6.45 pace but i slowed up the last 4.5 miles. overall it was really good to get this in considering doing the track workouts on tuesday
