My legs were sore for most of the run but that didn't stop me from running a solid run. I really wanted to keep this in the 7:30's but that apparently didn't happen... I am starting to consider my goals for the marathon and i think some where in the 3 hour range will be a good number. it will really depend on how the next month goes for training. I want to refrain from doing much speed so the more i can keep away from it probalby the better... i think most of my leg problems this morning were due to running the 5:40 mile yesterday and chasing down Justin the day before
