Pretty good run overall, it was an early morning but overall I am pretty glad I got it in. I placed water, juice and a granola bar at the naval base opening and another one at field 225. I hit just water at mile 4 but juice and water at 225, then granola, juice and water on the return trip back to 225 and at the naval base. I thought I was a little short so I ran up the hill a little. Of course I tried to keep it slow throughout the run, I was pretty successful but I let myself pick it up with ~4-5 miles left to go. I turned it up the last 4 miles around 7 minute pace.
