This was a real wakeup call for me, I tried to do this workout but stopped after 2.5 miles... I did the first 2 mile repeats and just survived them:
1 - 5.24
2 - 5.34
I gave up midway through the 3rd one with sidestitch and weakness... don't know if I am getting a touch of the sickness the girls have or what is going on. I will take it easy from here on out to the race just to be sure I am both mentally and physically ready for it
