Did the red covered bridge hill. the workout went really well, I actually found a trail nearby the hill, which was really exciting!!!! The hill workout went fairly well, I thought at first the 5 times up was going to be easy but as the workout went on I found out other wise. My times got better but I think if I were to have to do it again it would be tough to manage doing anymore than 5 times up.
