Really solid run, this got me 200 miles for the month and 60 miles for the week. I felt really good throughout it, there was ~20-25 mile an hour NE wind that caused me to run in town or I wouldn't have put myself through 20 miles of town running. I am not sure I got the splits perfect but I got them pretty close:

by the end of 17 my calves really started to ache but other than that my body felt really good, expecially for the speed. I probably needed to run 7.15 average but oh well...
