Left knee pain made me stop 4.2 miles short of my 20 miler. Saw a bear on Boy Scout Beach trail that wouldn't let me pass. Lots of shouting from my end. Ran the 1st 12 miles with Marian Clough and we went out pretty quick. I was fairly pooped after retuning from Herbert Glacier Trail.
