Notes

Nice and comfortable pace tonight for this easy 6 miles. That marks 54 miles for the week and it was most certainly a very hard week of training. Each day was either at or ahead of the overall race pace. I feel that the training is going exceedingly well and should it continue at the same level I should be in contention of the top 5 for sure and clipping the heels of the leader for the majority of the race. Now it's time to take a rest day and I'm sure my legs will appreciate me for it greatly.
