Felt pretty good out there for a nice and easy 2 miler. From it's first test run this new headlamp is going to work out wonderfully. I have much better vision than just my smaller hand held flashlight and it doesn't bounce around a whole lot when I am running. Tomorrow morning I'm getting back on out there for a nice 4 miler to finish out the week. I can tell my body is chomping at the bit to drive the pace down or run much longer out there but I know I need to be patient and let my body adapt first before I can do either. It's a slow progression but one that is going to be well worth it and get me under the 3 hour mark at Pittsburgh.
