Notes

Just a real easy 3 mile to loosen the legs back up after the race this last weekend. I felt fine during the run and certainly could have ran faster but just to be safe I kept the pace slow. Thursday's run will be closer to race pace of 6:52 for a hard run this week. I just want to make sure I'm all recovered before I start cranking up the intensity so I don't see more stress fractures.
