Notes

Definitely felt tight through the first few miles of the run. It really wasn't until about halfway through the run that I finally loosened up and felt a bit better on the run. It definitely didn't last long and my feet started to feel sore at 10 miles. Hopefully I can finish out the rest of the week and try to get some solid runs in.
