Finished first in the Coaches Mile at the Odessa Invite. Coach from Watkin's Glen was hot on my heels despite him being a 400m runner back in college. Felt great to get out there for a fast race again. Southern Cayuga Coach took it out too fast and he came back to me about halfway through the race. I ran a very smart and even race with my last 400m run in 59 seconds.
