Very good run. Normally these Sunday runs are supposed to be a easy 7:23 pace for training purposes. But since next week won't be too rough and this was an easy week i had plenty of energy to get out there and do a sub 7 minute effort. I kept the pace pretty close to 7 min flat for the first two miles while progressively picking up the pace in hte last 4 miles The 2 mile split was about 14:03, and the 4 mile split was a 27:48. My best guess on the real effort behind the run is close to a 6:30 mile effort when you take out the hills wind and rain.
