Notes

Very slow on the first two miles with a 17:14, then negative split the second two in 16:15. No bone or muscle pains from this week's training and I feel confident about the 14 mi run tomorrow and the last hard week of training to come. I know by now that I will finish Boston no matter what but the only question is how fast will I be.
