Notes

Solid run today. The pace was on negative splits of 15:02, 14:52, and 14:49. I had moments through the run where I knew I was not running at peak pace or form, which might stem from my mental lapse so far along the training. With tomorrow off I can try to recover from my runs this week and prepare for the short 4 mile on Saturday and the long 18 miler on Sunday.
