Notes

Felt ok out there today. While I was definitely under pace again today I didn't feel as good about my run today as I did yesterday. I'm on pace for a very solid week of training after a bit of a lapse though which is a very good sign. Hopefully my run on Saturday and Sunday will both be completed in full and I can get back to the mileage I am supposed to be running.
