Felt good in the beginning but it all went downhill from there. Pace held close to 8:50 for most of the run but just felt completely tired from working all day. I didn't have a great lunch so nutrition was a big factor, especially since I had no GU Gels. Definitely was a bit dehydrated towards the end and beginning to start chaffing so I cut the run short and had someone come get me. I'm definitely convinced I will have to make all these runs this summer in the morning and avoid noon or afternoon runs as much as possible.
