Nice and quick run today, originally thought I had 4 miles but remembered mid run it was only a quick two today. Thrilled with my new Garmin watch, it will be a great asset to keeping on pace for my marathon. Only 9 more days left till Boston with my last long run at 10 miles tomorrow. I've been working really hard this last week so I want to ease off tomorrow's run to a 7:10 pace and try to hold it through my run. That would be a 3:07:45 marathon and I think if I can hold that for a training run of 10 miles I can pick the pace up to the 6:52/mi pace to break 3 hours. I'm also hoping to see if I can handle that pace at a longer distance and make my final decision about running Boston in my Vibrams or my back up shoe the Saucony Kinvara.
