Not bad at all! The pace was slow for the first 6 miles due to some muscle soreness, avg.close to 8:45 pace, then the next two miles were a bit faster. For the last two miles I dumped my water belt because of the extra weight and burned through the last two miles very strong close to a 6:30 pace or lower at my best guess. Definitely a solid run for a great rest week!
