Notes

Had a solid 24 miles of the 30 I am supposed to do today. Had to stop at 24 with a very tight calf muscle. I'm hoping to loosen it back up, rest for a little while then take a nice and easy 6 miles to finish up my 30 for the day. I felt great throughout the course of my run, almost even robotic through several miles. If I can't run the remainder of my run today it will end up being a early morning 6 mile run.
