Just felt like a nice easy run out there. Definitely picked up my pace on the last half mile. I definitely need to find a way to warm up my feet for a run before setting out in Vibrams. I know I can run faster in the first few miles but it just feels really stiff for about 10 minutes, then I loosen up. I'm sure the cold doesn't help but any little thing I can do to be more prepared will help.
