Definitely didn't want to go on a run today but glad I finally bucked up and got out there. My heels didn't hurt at all and seemed to go right into a 8:34 pace great. I even progressively picked up the last mile to drop the overall pace to a 8:22. 106 miles down on the training so far. Got a easy 8 mile "long" run tomorrow that I'll be getting in during the morning.
