Notes

There is just something fun about going out there at night and putting in a few miles just yourself and a flashlight. Decent run tonight after working and not having much to eat today. Finishing out the last easy week before I hit the 20 mile mark for my long run next week. This probably was the most important rest week of the training since it comes after three consecutively harder weeks of training. From here out there will be two weeks of running then another rest week. I feel like I can now try to push a bit harder on the runs since I know there will be more frequent rest weeks to come.
