Solid 8 mile run today. I had a small feeling of discomfort in my arches from the tendon being tight. I'll be working on stretching and massaging my feet tonight, in order to prevent pulling a tendon. The pace is slower than it has been in the past but I'm not really worried about it at this point. I feel I've put in serious training and the rest of my miles are for maintenance and a small bit more to drop my time even lower.
