Notes
Nice and easy 4 mile run out there today. It was hot but the pace wasn't really challenging. Looking forward to running my 12 miles tomorrow and putting the first solid week of marathon training down in the books. Hopefully I get reconditioned fast, I know I want to start pushing the pace with only 11 weeks till the Wineglass Marathon. I'm going to make sure I work as hard as I can and drive my pace low so I can shatter that 3 hour barrier.
