Notes
Had a quick mile warm up around the track at Spencer Van Etten at 7:37 pace. Then headed out on a 3 mile run with my modified athletes at a 8:27 pace, including stopped time without pausing my watch. And finally finished out a 6 mile loop of Burheight to close out my ten miles for the day at a 8:10 pace. Overall it was a great run and good to see I can compartmentalize my energy in bouts of running.
