Didn't feel like going to the gym after work, so we ran outside instead. Beautiful 82-degree day. That's right, and it's still August. Write this down...there will never be another summer in Richmond like this again.
We ran the 3.4 loop again...this time beating our time from Sunday by over a minute. Much better run! The sun was really hot over the last 0.5 miles, despite the cooler overall temp.
