7 Mile Heritage Trail Run at Lacamas lake. Fell off my pace pretty hard at the end. Lungs felt much better, I recovered by about 2:00 from the hacking up green stuff. Showed a little short by the Garmin, but it was showing short on the mile markers too, so I think it was a satellite connection issue.
