Notes

4 miles on the Dreadmill at the gym. Felt pretty good, ribs are sore during stretching, but not during the run at all. Time to start losing the babay fat I accumulated over the last 2 months off. 186 today. Goal: 176 by Shamrock. Bummer, gonna have to lay off the beer, I guess!!!
